Hello, my name is Kathleen
I am an American Christian girl who received Jesus Christ as my Savior when I was at the young age of 8. I was raised by two Wonderful parents who loved God more than life. In-between the ages of 30-48, I got lost. I lost confidence, self worth, my true identity and my passion to put Jesus first above all else. I’m happy to say, “Amazing Grace~I once was lost but now I’m found, was blind and Now I See”!
My mission for this blog is to share my past and present experiences, with living with emotional & mental abuse. It took me to get physically sick to realize how unhealthy & toxic my living situation really was. If I knew 15 years ago, what I know now, I could have spared myself a lot of anguish and self destruction. So, if I can help at least one person to spare the unnecessary agony in their life, then my mission will be completed.
I am a true testimony of God’s Perfect~Unfailing love. What was used to harm me, he turned into something good, for a greater purpose. God called on my heart to start this blog and to venture out in other areas to help women, children and even men that need some sense of guidance and hope. I feel that it is more important than ever right now, as we are going through these unfortunate quarantine times of the COVID-19 epidemic when domestic abuse is rising. God picked up my broken pieces and mended me back together and he can do the same for you. I am living proof of the saying “The storms that we go through in life, make us Stronger”. I am grateful for the storms, because they helped me to grow stronger both mentally and spiritually.
Disclaimer: I would like to note that I do not have a degree in psychology or any other. My stories and advice are my true personal experiences and God’s gifts that he wants me to share.
